Hearty breakfasts with seasonal fruit from the garden, homemade bread and pancakes, as well as pastries and many original homemade jams.
For lunch and dinner a Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine is served, varied and refined, adapted with vegetables and fruit for every season, together with homemade bread. Olive oil used for cooking comes exclusively from the harvest of the garden, as well as dates and pomegranates. Typical Moroccan herbs like coriander are picked from the garden every morning. The rest of the shopping is done at the local souk, directly from the small producer to the consumer. The Moroccan cuisine is tasty ; our goal is to make you discover simple but original Moroccan dishes, fully flavoured, with organic products!
The kitchen of the house has been designed to give cooking classes from one to several persons in order to learn the secrets of the Moroccan cuisine and the use of its spices and herbs.
On request special menus, vegetarian, glutenfree, etc... can be made available.
